FLORENCE
Once again this year, Estate Fiesolana presents more than 100 days of theatre, culture and music in the fabulous setting of the Roman Theatre of Fiesole. Concerts include Carmen Consoli (28 June), Cory Henry (9 July), Sergio Cammariere (12 July) and Max Gazzè (29 July). Meanwhile there’s a new venue for the Musart Festival, which moves from Piazza SS Annunziata to the beautiful Parco Mediceo di Pratolino and features Lorena McKennitt (21 July) and Il Volo (22 July), among others.

LUCCA
It’s not summer without Lucca Summer Festival. In the lineup for the 2024 edition: The Smashing Pumpkins and Tom Morello (6 July), Rod Stewart (7 July), Calcutta (11 July), Lenny Kravitz (12 July), Diana Krall (15 July), Mika (19 July), Sam Smith (20 July), Duran Duran (21 e 23 July) and Gazzelle (26 July).

PISTOIA
This year’s Pistoia Blues Festival features concerts by Tommaso Paradiso (7 July), Mario Biondi and Dee Dee Bridgewater (11 July) and Antonello Venditti (13 July).

VERSILIA
Live at the seaside with the Castiglioncello Festival, where the stage at Castello Pasquini will be graced by Russel Crowe (5 August), Cristiano De André (19 August) and Francesco De Gregori (20 August). Meanwhile on 31 July at Teatro La Versiliana in Marina di Pietrasanta, the delightfully raw voice of Jack Savoretti as part of Festival La Versiliana.

LAJATICO
In the stunning setting of Teatro del Silenzio everything’s ready for three concerts on 15, 17 and 19 July to celebrate the 30-year career of Andrea Bocelli. Marking the occasion – alongside the maestro himself and his son Matteo Bocelli, naturally – are a series of artists including Ed Sheeran, Shania Twain, Russell Crowe, Laura Pausini, Placido Domingo, Tiziano Ferro and Zucchero Fornaciari.
