The new restaurant at The Mall Sanremo

An unmissable space to relax and enjoy good food

The Mall Sanremo, an exclusive destination for lovers of good taste tout court, inaugurates the new restaurant by adHoc with magnificent panoramic sea views from the terrace: a place where you can let yourself be pampered by genuine flavors and relax watching the blue sky plunging into the crystal-clear sea on the horizon. The new restaurant offers a range of food and wine that leads to the rediscovery of anauthentic cuisinelinked to the Ligurian territory without straying too far from international flavorsTaste and refinement to enjoy a unique experience, under the banner of excellence. The quality of the raw produce together with the freshness given by the seasons give life to a journey ready to surprise every palate and amaze with every dish. Proposals that, from month to month, are then enriched with new aromas: from surprising appetizers, such as the variation of raw fish tartare with Sanremo shrimp and soft fruits accompanied by a cheeky passion fruit mojito, to first courses such as Chestnut flour lasagna with pesto, potatoes, green beans and toasted pine nuts and tasty main courses such as lacquered salmon pavè with teriyaki sauce on a carrot and ginger puree with a baby legume stew in pastis.

The project

The restaurant occupies an area of 250 m² (70 seats inside and 100 outside) divided into two areas: the restaurant and the terrace. The space provides an elegant setting where attention has been paid to the smallest details: the light tables are surrounded by seats whose blue-light blue and beige tones recall the color of the sea and its foam. The flowers, symbol of the city of Sanremo, instead are the protagonists on the walls and on the chandeliers. A contemporary and fresh spot for a relaxing break.

The chef

The dishes are dictated by the inspiration of Chef Matteo Riccitelli who, although young (born in 1985), already has a lot of experience under his belt, taking his first steps at the renowned La Pignese Restaurant in Sanremo and at the restaurant of the 5-star Hotel Royal, and then leaving Italy to work at Cipriani in London and Metropol in Monaco, followed by two years as a Chef on a private yacht based in the port of Saint-Tropez and finally, returning to his homeland to spend seven years as the head of the Glam restaurant brigade of Sanremo. Along with him are an equally young and energetic team, the human added value, which gives the restaurant at The Mall Sanremo an extra special something.

adHoc

adHoc was founded in 2014 with the management of catering in the prestigious headquarters of Villa Ormond in Sanremo. After Banqueting and Catering activities, the company undertook the development of a line of haute cuisine products to be offered to its exclusive customers to arrive, a few years later, at the opening of the first Food Lounge at The Mall Sanremo. adHoc, the choice to satisfy any request and desire.

The restaurant is open every day from 10AM to 7PM.
