A facility based outside the city centre, born of the redevelopment of a cigar factory that dates back to the first half of the 20th century. The complex comprises 16 buildings in an area of ca. 100,000 m2, with ateliers, workshops, offices and co-working spaces, residential lofts, where artists from all over the world often stay, student residence, hanging garden, brewery, café and restaurant.

Close to the Santa Maria Novella station, in the beautiful garden of an imposing neoclassical villa, one of Florence’s best-loved summer venues serves excellent drinks, and also features four street food islands: pizza from Ti Stuzzico, Mexican flavours from Maeez, 180 g burgers, and Tuscan cuisine from La Beppa Fioraia restaurant. Instead, dinner served in the gazebos is followed by live performances and DJ sets.

The fifth Ditta Artigianale in Florence opened in March 2023 with tropical design features. Established as a small coffee roasting facility, quality coffee remains a core product, along with fine gins, ad hoc aperitif dishes and a bakery proposing French, North European and North American recipes.
