The complex comprises 16 buildings in an area of ca. 100,000 m2, with ateliers, workshops, offices and co-working spaces, residential lofts, where artists from all over the world often stay, student residence, hanging garden, brewery, café and restaurant.

Close to the Santa Maria Novella station, in the beautiful garden of an imposing neoclassical villa, one of Florence’s best-loved summer venues serves excellent drinks, and also features four street food islands: pizza from Ti Stuzzico, Mexican flavours from Maeez, 180 g burgers, and Tuscan cuisine from La Beppa Fioraia restaurant. Instead, dinner served in the gazebos is followed by live performances and DJ sets.
