Majestic and effortless at one and the same time, perched on a crag high above the sea whose  rocks occasionally surface to blend with the stunningly futuristic architecture. The Maybourne Riviera is an incredible hotel overlooking the lovely town of Roquebrune Cap Martin on the Côte d’Azur. The first is located on the top floor of the hotel – needless to say, the views are extraordinary – and offers gourmet cuisine based on fresh seafood; the second focuses on local dishes, including meat specialities, revisited with an extra touch of class. Last but not least, Asian flavours are to the fore with Japanese chef and sushi master Hiro Sato.

For guests seeking unparalleled relaxation, there’s also a Spa: seven treatment rooms, a hammam,   a sauna, a hairdresser and a Zen relaxation area.
