Become a chef at La Pignese Restaurant
Being a chef for a day is possible, thanks to this mouthwatering experience from The Mall Sanremo in collaboration with one of Liguria’s oldest restaurants, La Pignese, a favourite with the celebrities who visit the City of Flowers. At this traditional trattoria in the historic fishing village around Sanremo’s old port, the chef will take his guests on a journey through the flavours and recipes of Liguria, accompanied by a practical cooking lesson and followed by a delicious tasting menu consisting of a welcome drink, antipasto, main course, fruit or dessert, coffee, water and a bottle of wine chosen from the restaurant’s list.
