GENOA BOAT SHOW – 19 to 24 September
Over 1000 brands and boats on display, including more than 30 premières and over 50 brand-new products. These are the figures for the 64th edition of the Genoa Boat Show which this year – awaiting the completion of the futuristic Waterfront di Levante designed by Renzo Piano – takes place in the reopened and iconic Palasport, boasting an impressive total of 220,000 square metres of exhibition space on land and sea. Visitors will find five shows in one: Sailing World, the ultra-exclusive Salone Yacht and Superyacht, the Salone Tech Trade devoted to components and accessories, the world of outboard motors (Boating Discovery) and the Salone Living the Sea.
MONACO YACHT SHOW – 25 to 28 September
Ultra-glamourous, luxurious Monaco is the only possible setting for a show entirely devoted to the world’s largest and most beautiful yachts. A highly exclusive selection of 120 vessels including yachts, superyachts, catamarans and sailing boats, almost half of which are presented here as world firsts, with an average length of approximately 50 metres, and megayachts in excess of 100 metres. It all takes place against the elegant backdrop of Port Hercule in the Principality of Monaco, which becomes even more picturesque at night, when the lights of this extraordinary fleet sparkle on the water.
