September is the best month for sailing enthusiasts: Genoa International Boat Show returns just after the Cannes Yachting Festival scheduled from 12 to 17, and before the Monaco Yacht Show from 27 to 30. It is the most important event of the industry in the Mediterranean and Europe, and one of the most anticipated worldwide, scheduled from 21 to 26.
The motto of this 63rd edition is “Sea More” to celebrate the spectacular new waterfront di Levante designed by the internationally known Genoese architect Renzo Piano.
Scheduled to be completed in 2024, it will be used as one of the venues for this year’s boat show which covers an area of over 200,000 square metres between land and water.
The spectacular island that is a perfect backdrop for the Blue Pavilion will be open just for this occasion along with the new exhibition quays, increasing the number of mooring spaces to 250.
The best of Made in Italy in the marine industry sets the scene with more than 1000 boats between yachts, superyachts and sail boats, 120 conferences, workshops, seminars and presentations on topics such as innovation, sustainability, recruitment and technological advancement.
