Mougins, also known as “Picasso’s village”, is an elegant village on the French Riviera. Those who go to Mougins for the first time, especially in spring and summer, will be dazzled by its beauty. Rue de Badier and Rue des Orfèvres are the most characteristic streets, full of shops of artisans and artists. Equally famous is the Moulin de Mougins restaurant, founded in 1969 and in which several starred chefs including Alain Ducasse have worked. Also for this reason the town hosts “Les Étoiles de Mougins – Festival International de la Gastronomie”, a culinary event that welcomes many top chefs from all over the world in June.
