Il Borro was born as a castle, despite being indicated in many tourist guides as a medieval village. Today it is a cutting-edge farm, entirely bio-logical and eco-sustainable since 2015. The pride of the estate are undoubtedly the 85 hectares of vineyards and 29 of olive groves, which provide a very high quality wine and oil production.
