Located in San Giustino Valdarno, in Arezzo province, and a stone’s throw from the natural scenery that provided the background for Leonardo’s Giaconda, is Il Borro, previously the hunting estate of Duke Amedeo d’Aosta. A medieval village dating to the year 1000, it is perched above a breathtaking gorge (which is what “borro” means) in an idyllic position and surrounded by 45 hectares of vineyards.
