Europa Palace: Sanremo’s new place to be
19/01/2026
Where the city meets the pleasures of food, wellness and sharing

In the heart of Sanremo, overlooking the sea and a stone’s throw from the Casino, Hotel Europa Palace is far more than a five-star establishment. This is a place that dialogues with the city, open not only to residents but also to anyone seeking a high-quality experience in an iconic contemporary setting.

At the centre of this vision is Rêve Bistrot, headed by chef Alessandro Schiavon, whose cooking is inspired by traditional local flavours presented in a modern light. Open from early to late every day, the Bistrot is a versatile place, equally perfect for a casual lunch or a sophisticated dinner. In the evening, it’s enlivened by jazz performances, live music and other forms of entertainment, becoming a genuine hub of Sanremo’s food and culture scene.

Alongside the fine-dining experience is The RUFtop: a panoramic roof terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the Casino. In summer it’s open for dinner, the menu from chef Schiavon dominated by the flavours of the sea; in winter it’s busy at weekends with B-Lunch, a revisitation of the classic brunch. And on Saturday mornings it hosts yoga classes with sea views.

Last but not least is the Anemoi Wellness & Spa, occupying some 400 square metres and also open to non-residents. Here wellness is found in the heated pool, ice fountain, Finnish sauna and relaxation area, for a rejuvenating break in an elegant, intimate space.

The Europa Palace, then, is a landmark not only for luxury hospitality but also as a place that’s alive, open and contemporary, where the city meets the pleasures of food, wellness and sharing.
