LA GINTONERIA
It’s the perfect place for gin lovers (with over 100 labels), and everyone else, with original recipes inspired by the world of movies or, when the Festival is on, songs from the competition, including Mille volte ancora (Select and soda with pink grapefruit) and Grazie ma no grazie (Campari, lime, sugar, Cinzano, Don Papa rum and prosecco and rosé foam).

SOTTOCOPERTA
A lounge bar and café in yachting style, but with pirates. Needless to say the selection of rums is superb, but there are plenty of other spirits to choose and enjoy mixed or straight, like real buccaneers. At aperitif time, there are panini, toasts and sharing platters with delicious home-made dips.

NUMBER FIVE COCKTAIL BAR
Intriguing cocktails like the Palomito (all the elegance of an Americano, with a citrus kick of pink grapefruit and green mandarin) or the Spicy Margarita, with mezcal and Calabrian ‘nduja. Pair them with mouthwatering pulled pork mini buns or a gourmet vegetarian pinsa.

PIÑA SOCIAL CLUB
Hidden in the narrow streets of the ancient Pigna district, this is a place to meet friends, listen to great music and enjoy signature cocktails like a cool Camattino, based on the Genoese amaro Camatti, or Ligurinha, a local slant on the caipirinha containing Corochinato and Genoese vermouth instead of cachaça.

VICTORY MORGANA BAY
We conclude with a great classic, the restaurant, club and place-to-be for Sanremo aperitifs overlooking the port, where visitors can savour cocktails mixed by the expert bartenders or a glass from the wide range of sparkling wines, while enjoying ambient chillout music and DJ sets.
