Located in Piazza Sant’Ambrogio, the historic centre of Varazze. It is recognisable by its neoRenaissance façade, the dome and an impressive five-storey bell tower. Inside, the church has three naves with chapels and is embellished with 18th-century altars, frescoes, paintings and statues.

THE PORT

LUNGOMARE EUROPA
Built along the old railway line which went from Genoa to Ventimiglia, it is a pleasant flat walk which also crosses the old railway tunnels.

BEACHES
The oldest part of the village overlooks a beautiful coastline which goes from the Tower beach to the town’s main beach. Between Varazze and Celle Ligure, there is also the nice beach of Bergamaschi.
