It’s a journey among Christmas lights and decorations, with luggage trolleys to discover along the way (The Mystery Luggage) and festive scenarios such as The Enchanted Ballroom, a stunning ballroom where silhouetted dancers move in time to a musical box under a cascade of crystal. The Charming Concierge is an enchanted lobby where you can take a break or play Bingo among traditional adornments, from classic nutcrackers to art deco lamps, red-clad sofas and a towering decorated Christmas tree; The Magic Corridor is a series of brightly-coloured doors, left ajar to offer glimpses of typical Advent scenes and message of hope to be shared with a dedicated hashtag.

This is also a time to look to the future, and the new year that’s about to begin (or has just begun). And there’s a special place for that too: an extraordinary Reception area, in direct communication with the stars, where visitors to this splendid hotel can collect a personalised key with their sign of the zodiac, complete with horoscope and a good luck message for the new year.
