OLAFUR ELIASSON: NEL TUO TEMPO

The brand new large exhibition at Palazzo Strozzi focuses on one of the most original contemporary artists of our time. Famous for his interactive installations that engage the visitor, including hypnotic optical games, virtual reality and unexpected glass panels, Olafur Eliasson invites us to reflect on the idea of shared experiences and relational reality.

TONY CRAGG. TRANSFER

Until 15 January 2023

The Museo Novecento houses the works of one of the greatest living sculptors, Anthony Cragg. More than 60 masterpieces are displayed in the museum as well as in the Cortile degli Uomini at the Istituto degli Innocenti. A walk through his artistic career, a tribute to the endless possibilities of form and to the vast variety of solutions that art can evoke.

HENRY MOORE IN FLORENCE

Until 31 March 2023

Fifty years after the large exhibition at Forte Belvedere, Florence once again pays tribute to the English master Henry Moore with the exhibition of two famous works of art: Family Group and Large Interior Form in Piazza della Signoria and in the Churchyard of the Abbey of San Miniato al Monte, respectively.

FABRIZIO PLESSI

Tornabuoni Arte until 18 November dedicates to the artist Fabrizio Plessi, an exhibition that houses over 30 works of art. An artist capable of combining art with technology, bringing alive visual creations of great evocative impact. Instead, up to 31 March 2023, an unreleased video installation by Plessi will enliven the façade of Palazzo Bartolini Salimbeni, home of the Roberto Casamonti Collection.

ESCHER

From 20 October to 26 March 2023

After breaking every record for the number of visitors, the touring anthology dedicated to the genius of Maurits Cornelis Escher arrives at the Museo degli Innocenti.  Approximately 200 works of art, including his most important works such as Hand with reflecting sphere (1935), Bond of Union (1956), Metamorphosis II (1939) and Day and night (1938).
